Shipping

Meco Bonsai utilizes the most economical delivery method available to your address. Often this will be either USPS or UPS delivery service.

Your street address is required for all orders, as delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes.

Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Delivery charges will be calculated for each shipment to your address. Back orders or delayed orders will be shipped and billed separately.

You may request a particular delivery service, such as USPS. Tracking numbers are not always standard with all levels of USPS service and may add an additional fee. If you require a tracking number please tell us at the time of ordering.

You can expect delivery in 7 to 10 working days for purchases. At their discretion, UPS will usually ring your doorbell, and then leave your package in a sheltered area.

Shipping Charge on Heavy or Bulky Items

Based on the size and/or weight of certain items, an additional Shipping charge may be incurred. It is the discretion of our company to assess the Shipping charge on an item, based on its bulkiness or weight. This charge will be determined when the sale is actually rung on the merchandise. This additional charge may not appear on your order form.
