Return Policy

Returns are only accepted with prior authorization by Meco Bonsai. Please call 717-871-7900 before returning any item. There is a 15% restocking fee on products that are in original, unused condition and packaging.

KIKU branded tools and WORKSTANDS have a lifetime warrantee to the original retail buyer only. These items will be repaired or replaced as determined by Meco Bonsai.

Returns and warrantee claims require the original receipt as proof of purchase. Meco Bonsai reserves the right to refuse any return without prior authorization or proper receipt as proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All items returned to Meco Bonsai must be shipped at no cost to Meco Bonsai. UPS Return Receipts are available upon request and will be billed with other return shipping charges to you.

Returns will be credited to your account using the original method of payment. In house accounts will receive credit on account.
