Imported from Korea, this is the original Mica pot! Mica pots are made of 80% mica, 15% polyethylene and 5% graphite, unlike some other look-a-likes which use sandstone as the primary ingredient. Mica naturally acts as an insulator. These mica pots will stabilize the temperature of the soil which will promote healthy root activity during the growing season and protect the delicate roots during the cold periods. The polyethylene bonds the raw materials together and makes the pots tough and durable, even when dropped or scratched. Graphite gives the pot its color and resists fading. All pots are available in the dark brown color only.

Mica pots give the appearance of high quality Unglazed ceramic pots but cost less. Especially when you compare large pots to similar size ceramic pots. Each shape and style is available in many different sizes.
